1. Mixing tank

1. It is made of thick steel sheet in the shape of "Omega", and is supported by a special tubular frame, which can ensure better yield resistance, and the flange supported by the end plate can also make the cylinder body harder and more durable. The axis is not biased or crooked.

　　A tank is also very safe and convenient for people to enter. It can be equipped with a stirring monitor according to customer requirements.

　　A door frame is equipped with a sealing rubber strip, which can completely prevent dust.

2. Lining plate is installed in the cylinder

　　The inside of a tank is made up of components that can be screwed and interchanged. They are made of wear-resistant high-chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron with a hardness of HRC54.

　　 The service life of a liner can reach 40,000 cans. During the production process, the gap between the blade and the liner must be adjusted in time (<5 mm), otherwise the wear of the blade and the liner will be aggravated.

3. Stirring arm

　　A mixing arm is made of high-quality alloy steel, and the proper position of the mixing arm can ensure a uniform and perfect effect.

4. Mixing blade

The blade is a better shape, size, angle and two-wheel distance finally determined through scientific analysis and repeated experiments. During the mixing process, the mixing arm and blade ensure that the material is fully kneaded in the vertical, horizontal and up and down directions. Flow, achieve the purpose of uniform mixing of materials in the shortest time.

　　Each set of mixing blades can be easily adjusted after they are worn out. When adjusting, the gap between the mixing blades and the liner must be kept within 5 mm, so that efficient and low-energy mixing can be realized.
